Historic boats need much love and care and much of Shamrock’s maintenance is undertaken by our supporters and the Friends of Shamrock who provide not only financial support but also help in her maintenance and operations.

Throughout the year Shamrock participates in a number of events on Windermere such as the Windermere Boat Rallies and as a Friend you will be invited to join us on Board. Also your support for activities such as our regular spring ‘Clean and Steam’ and the annual Coffee Morning and at events such as Heritage Open Days is greatly appreciated.

As a Friend you will receive a newsletter from time to time, and emails about forthcoming year’s events throughout the year.
